‘Drawing Conversations 4: Engaging with sites of history and narrative’, September 2022

Led by conveners, Professor Jill Journeaux and Dr Simon Woolham.
This one-day symposium examined the interrelationships of drawing and engaging with sites of history. Fay gave a paper on the work she made from 2012 to 2018, drawing her family home. Keynote speakers were Professor Anita Taylor and Layla Curtis.
Professor Journeaux and Dr Woolham are writing a book based on these papers that will be published by Bloomsbury in 2025. A conversation between Professor Journeaux and Fay discussing her drawings of her family home will feature in the book (see Publications in About Section of this website).
